The food detective Professional is a semi-quantitative immunoassay intended to be used to measure food igG antibodies in the human whole blood, serum or plasma. Elevated levels of igG antibodies may be involved in various conditions commonly referred to as food sensitivity. The test is intended to provide guidance for an elimination diet in individuals over the age of 2 years of age which can be used as an aid to the management of a range of symptoms associated with food sensitivity.
